Hmmm, maybe today is the day...This was my thought while in route to . I must admit, I am somewhat skeptical, analytical and yet intuitive when it comes to making major and important decisions in life. Needless to say, I took the task of finding my wedding gown very seriously. The first notable aspect of my experience at Lloyans was the boutique's emphasis on hygiene. I so appreciate their diplomatically expressed need and care in making sure I was embarking on a "clean" experience. I felt I was so physically close to other Brides-to-be that may have tried on the gown previously. It would be neglectful if I didn't mention the warm and patient personality of the Consultants. They gently guided me through the experience making sure to follow my lead. I felt open to make my own thoughtful decision on the choosing of my gown rather than being pressured to make an impulsive decision. I value and appreciate the personal attention. It is very evident that this establishment has taken an interest in assuring that even the smallest details are covered when welcoming a Bride to view their gowns.

Two important aspects of business to me are customer orientation and professionalism; both of which Pansy and Anita exude. There are certain milestone experiences in life that one remembers whether it was positive or negative. Finding and purchasing your wedding gown is one.
