All information for our customers are kept confidential. The intent of your credit card is for the sole purpose of paying for your merchandise. At no time will we share such information with anyone. Our site is secured as indicated by the SSL sign whenever you access our shopping cart for an actual purchase.

PROCESSING

Your order will be processsed once payment is received. Should we encounter a delay with your payment, we will e-mail you promptly.

RETURNS

Please e-mail us within 48 hours when returning an item purchased from our online store. You will be given a confirmation number for your return via e-mail. There will be a restocking fee of 30% on all items returned. All items must be returned in its original packaging. WE DO NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR RETURN ITEMS.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges are based on weight, packaging size and zip code.

DELIVERY TIME

All items should be shipped within 7-10 business days. UPS ground is usually four (4) business days. NOTE: Next day air or two day air delivery will have a higher shipping and handling charge. RUSH SHIPPING requires you written authorization via email.  The customer will absorb the additional charges incurred for RUSH SHIPPING at all times.

TAXES

All applicable taxes will be applied as required by law for the state where you reside.   All Florida residents who has an online purchase are subject to the State Sales Tax.
