Q. What designers do you carry?
A. We do not stock our Wedding Gowns based on designers. We stock based on style, color and size. The best we can tell you is that our buyers do try to secure designers that are exclusive to our store.
Q. Why can I not dress and undress myself in your wedding gowns?
A. Wedding gowns are constructed differently than your everyday garments. They are also delicate. The fabric such as satin carries weight. Plus the layers of lining and underlining are cumbersome to handle. Therefore it is absolutely necessary for someone to assist you in and out of all Wedding Gowns during your fitting. We never let our Brides, Bridesmaid, Mothers or Flower Girls go unattended in our store. It is just what we do that is different than other stores. We give excellent service to our customers.
Q. Do you allow browsing.
A. Our store is not structured for SELF-SERVICE. Every Bride/Customer is given one-to-one personalized service by our trained Bridal Consultant while in our store. No one is left unattended at any time. Plus shopping for a Bridal Gown does great disservice to the design if you decide you just want to look at the Gown while it is in a protective gown bag. It is very difficult to tell if you will like a gown just looking at in hanging on a rack. This is why we encourage appointments, so that it give you time to fit each gown to decide which one will be the "Perfect Gown".
Q. Budgeting for your Gown.
A. You should determine a dollar amount you are willing to pay for your gown prior to going to a Bridal Store. Do not be offended if you are asked your budget prior to coming in for your appointment. If you give us a budget range it helps us to select various gowns within your budget. You should also bear in mind that higher end couture designer names also carry a higher price tag.
